What’s Hot: Tinted eyeliners. It’s nothing new, but I’ve seen so much color on the eyes during awards season and runways – there was a lot of washes of blue and green on the eyes, it has a lot of impact.

Make It Work: Try buying a colored eyeliner, maybe a navy mascara or a navy eyeliner combo – it’s so cool and modern and you don’t need to have so much technical knowledge to apply it.

What’s Hot: Statement lips are so popular. Many bold lips on red carpets, and not just red, but purple and orange as well, are all being used right now.

Make It Work: We live in a cool indie time right now where you can take chances with your make-up. Get out of your comfort zone!

What’s Hot:  Multimasking your foundation will leave your skin looking glowy and luminous, but depending on your skin type, you don’t necessarily need this.

Make It Work: If you have an oily t-zone, use a matte foundation in those areas, then blend out the dewy foundation for the sides of your face.

What’s Hot:  Handsome eyebrows or also known as feathered brows – brushed up where you see the hairs.

Make It Work: Take a glue stick and use a spoolie to brush up your eyebrows. Once it dries you can draw on top of it. In terms of shape, you always want a more sideways eyebrow, which gives everyone a beautiful shape and opens up your eyes.

FASHION:

The runways have spoken, and the ’90s are back.  So are some trends that can’t be traced back to any particular decade. Confusing, I know.

TIE-DYE: This California-cool trend was spotted all over the runways. It’s made its mark on the “Insta” fashion word as the print of 2019.

FEATHERS: Not only are feathers fun, but they offer texture. Try a fun top for a night out, or add any type of feathered accessory.

DAD-FLEECE: It’s comfy, it’s cozy!

NEON: If it hasn’t grown on you, try rocking a slime green color . One neon piece at a time.

SPORTS-SANDALS:   These sandals can be paired with a dress or with cropped denim, and layering with socks for some added dimension.

PLAID PANTS:

These pants are 2019’s favorite way to add a little statement. making edge to any wardrobe. Plaid pants can skew as edgy or subtle.

CROPPED TROUSERS:

It’s the perfect opportunity to show off a cool pair of socks or that limited-edited pair of sneakers.

CARGO PANTS:

Cargo pants have had an image makeover for 2019, ascending the ranks of men’s style.

BUCKET HATS:

This favorite 90s accessory continues through Spring/Summer 2019.

SHORT HAIR:

Short hair is trending! There is no specific length you should cut it, but make sure it is a cut that will suit your face shape.

LAYERED LONG HAIR:

If you don’t want to let go of your long hair, simply cut it into wavy layers. The trend this year is to give the hair a lively dynamic look.
