Jack, the Pumpkin King, finds a place called Christmastown. He is in awe with this change from his usual holiday, so he decides to kidnap Santa Claus and take over. While in control, things don’t go according to his plan.

A young boy is left alone by his family during their Christmas vacation. While home alone, he does a few childish activities including torturing two adults with his pranks in an attempt to keep them from robbing his house. This movie is perfect for the holidays and even brings out some laughs.

Dr. Seuss’ How The Grinch Stole Christmas

The Grinch decides to ruin Christmas for the people of Whoville. While on his quest to rid every house in Whoville of anything Christmas, the Grinch encounters a young girl causing him to have a change of heart – some may say it was such a change that his “small heart grew three sizes that day.”

Elf

Buddy grew up in the North Pole with Santa and the elves, but eventually feels he doesn’t belong. He goes in search of his biological father and, once he does find him, his father tries to bond with him which only leads to a series of chaotic events.

Grandma Got Run Over By A Reindeer

The Spankenheimer family owns a small store in Cityville, and when Jake’s grandma goes “missing” after being run over by one of Santa’s reindeer, the store causes a commotion. Cousin Mel, a gold digger, convinces her grandpa to give her his power of attorney at this time in order to sell the store right from under his nose, but Jake will do everything in his power to keep that from happening.

Gremlins

A man finds a pet as a gift for his son at a store in Chinatown. A few warnings given were to never let this pet come in contact with water, light, and to never feed him after midnight. All three of these happen, leading to tragic events on Christmas Eve.

After being a Christmas Grinch, Ebenezer Scrooge is visited by a ghost warning him of the three spirits that will be visiting him that night. Scrooge is taken on a trip to the past, present, and future by the spirits in an attempt to change his perspective and spirit of Christmas.

Fred and Nicholas, brothers who are complete opposites, get stuck together when Nicholas takes Fred to the North Pole to make toys in exchange for money.
