Hey Cardinals ❤️🖤! Testing has started and you will need a chromebook in order to complete the state testing all juniors and some seniors will be taking. Although you may already have a chromebook, older versions are not able to run the Secure Test Browser app so be sure to check yours! If you need a chromebook, whether it is because you do not have one or yours is an older version, be sure to show up at San Bernardino High School this upcoming week. The times for this week are Monday, March 8th, from 8am-11am or Thursday, March 11th, from 1pm-3pm. If you do not have one just show up to receive your chromebook, but if you do, be sure to bring yours to exchange it for a newer one.
The San Bernardino City Unified School District will remain in distanced learning for the remainder of the 2020-2021 school year even though surrounding districts are announcing their own open up dates. Distance learning will continue as a safer alternative due to the high covid-19 infection rates within our district in order to ensure we keep all staff, students, and parents as safe as we can from contracting the virus 🦠. Stay safe by washing your hands regularly & wearing masks when in public or around larger groups of people 😷.

Did you know: 65 years ago today, 15-year-old Claudette Colvin refused to give up her seat on the bus for a white person. This was 9 months before Rosa Parks did the same thing. She was handcuffed and arrested. Few people know about her story because she was a teenager and, therefore, seen as “unreliable” and not a good face or symbol for the movement.
Today is the first day of #womenshistorymonth! This month we celebrate the contributions women have made to the US and recognize specific achievements women have made over the course of history in a variety of fields.
