This is a short Q&A with one of the PE teachers at SBHS. This is just a little about her and what she likes to do outside of school.

Juanita: How long have you been working as a PE teacher?

Ms. Bouchard: Well here at San Bernardino High School? This is my first official year here and for teaching in general, about five years.

Juanita: Do you like your job?

Ms. Bouchard: I love it. I really enjoy it.

Juanita: What is your favorite part of your job?

Ms. Bouchard: Getting to know my students and being there for them throughout their academic journey.

Juanita: What do you like to do outside of school?

Ms. Bouchard: Well, I love going to the beach. That is one of my favorite places to destress. I am a big board game nerd. I have a bunch of board games at my house. And also for working out. I do judo. I’m a black belt judo player. I’ve done it for over 12 years now. 

Juanita: That’s very cool. Well is there anything i have missed or you want to add? 

Ms. Bouchard: I’m just excited to be here at this school and I can’t wait to help my first year classes graduate. I’m looking forward to seeing them graduate.
