Miss Cardinal contestant 11: Biviana Vega. She cares about the community, the atmosphere, and the citizens of Cardinal City. She wants the community to be clean and the atmosphere to be positive. She wants the citizens to be updated on events such as sports games, field trips, and the socials at lunch, before school, and after school.
With each new Miss Cardinal, comes a new focus for her reign that year. Every new winner has her own mindset and passion about what the school and the community needs and how she can help meet those needs. The focus might be cleaning up trash in the community, interacting with special education teens, field trips, or having more socials throughout the year.
Biviana identified her vision, should she win the title and crown. “I really want to give back to the community and inspire people, both overall and the people who are quiet and shy like I once was,” she said.
Biviana wants to focus on the culture of Cardinal City and change it for the better. She wants all Cardinals to know their surroundings and interact with one another.
Biviana feels like she’ll be a perfect contestant for Miss Cardinal because she cares. She cares about the community and wants to give it her full 100%. “I want to give back to the community and help people with whatever they need.”
She will make the people of Cardinal City feel safe by keeping them updated on events and news at the school. Biviana plans to have posters to keep them updated, and small announcements in the morning. “I really want the people of Cardinal City to feel safe and comfortable so that we can all create a trust and bond.”
She also wants them to feel comfortable so she’ll have more social events. Students would interact with each other and get to know new people. “I want to bring it back to its original glory and for it to be new and improved,” Biviana said.
The change Biviana seeks stems from her own experiences at SBHS. Her biggest mistake throughout her years at here was not joining more sports and clubs. She was originally shy as a freshman, and now that she has been more social it brought out the real her. She said, “as a freshman I was really shy, and I knew nobody, but now because I joined a sport and have been more social I’ve made more friends.”
Seems like Biviana wants to make a change – a good change in Cardinal City.
