As you all know, on February 22nd, we had a lockdown during lunch. Many thought it was tied to the online post that was posted by someone threatening to shoot a school in our district. At no moment was SBHS in any danger as this was a safety precaution due to a community PD warning. Even so, the campus was cleared in under three minutes.
We want to recognize the office staff for working so hard during this situation and commend their poise when interacting with over 100 parents who came to the office in response to their child’s phone calls. San Bernardino High School is one of the safest and most accepting in our school district. We are a strong, united cardinal family led by strong, loving people and we should not be afraid to gather in this great safe institution.
