Imagine cruising down the street and a craving hits you, but it is not just any regular craving, it’s for something Sinaloan. That’s where Culichips food truck rolls in, bringing the explosive flavors of Culiacan right to your local curb.

The fifteen mini pancakes are small bite sized pancakes topped with your own choice of toppings and they have many options to choose from such as bananas, strawberries, nutella, lechera, tres leches, etc. The pancakes themselves are soft and squishy which includes a delicious flavor of sweetness. Next, the dubai strawberries, which are viral on TikTok, Culichips has also made strawberry dubai mini pancakes. They are fresh strawberries with creamy pistachio, crunchy kataifi, and milk chocolate. The most specific way I can explain the taste is like sweet strawberries mixed with peanut butter and chocolate, the texture is mixed with soft and crunchy. Lastly, the jaz tea, it is a popular brand in Sinaloa which is jasmine tea infused with tea leaves with jasmine blossoms, it has a tart but refreshing taste and then it has a sweet aftertaste.

A food truck with snacks from a different place outside the United States, Culiacan Sinaloa. Culiacan Sinaloa is the capital city of the Mexican state of Sinaloa, it is known for its agricultural production including vegetables, fruits, and grains. The city has a rich history reflected with its cultural traditions. Culichips is located in Bloomington, California (17760 valley blvd Bloomington, CA 92316). A variety of snacks that all have a different mixture of flavors which creates their own unique food truck. The food truck is open Tuesday-Sunday from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm. 

Overall the experience was okay. The service is great and the workers welcome you; although a downside would be the limited parking, the area surrounding it, the limited seating area, and the wait time. On weekends it gets pretty packed so the wait time is longer and there is very little seating area for the people waiting on their order, for me it is a downside as people are not able to sit and enjoy their food in the same area that is provided. The item I liked best would be mini pancakes as you could choose your own toppings and is not so repeated if you go often. My second item I liked the best was the jaz tea as it has a sweet aftertaste that is refreshing. 

Therefore overall I would recommend Culichips to those who would like to try snacks from Culiacan, a different taste but very tasty. My experience here was great with amazing customer service and amazing snacks such as mini pancakes, dubai strawberries, jaz tea, chips locas, sevichurros, etc. I would rate my overall experience at Culichips a 4 out of 5, due to the amazing snacks but limited seating area, limited parking, and the wait time.
